Why aren't contracts and handbooks included?

Because a generic contract is worse than no contract. Your employment terms, working arrangements, and sector-specific requirements need to be reflected properly. Get in touch and Wayne will quote for bespoke documents - it's worth doing once and doing right.

Are these updated for the Employment Rights Act 2025?

Yes. All documents have been reviewed against the Employment Rights Act 2025, updated SSP rates, the extended ACAS early conciliation period, and changes to flexible working legislation. The date of last review is shown on each document.

What format do I receive the documents in?

All documents are delivered as editable Word files (.docx) so you can add your company name, logo, and any business-specific details. A PDF version is included for each document for distribution to employees.

Can I use these for multiple sites or entities?

Each purchase is licensed for use within a single business entity. If you operate multiple separate legal entities and need documents for each, contact us and we'll discuss a multi-entity licence.

What if I only need one or two specific policies?

The Core pack at £149 + VAT is already strong value for seven policies. Individual documents aren't sold separately. The pack pricing reflects the time saved versus sourcing and checking documents one by one.
